1 Introduction & Applicability

Ma 1 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the ma 1 platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the ma 1 website (ma1.click) and mobile application.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

MA 1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Please keep the following conditions in mind before claiming any bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded to new members on their first deposit. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x, depending on the bonus.
• Reload Bonus: Unused within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per user.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, MA 1 reserves the right to void that round.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ma 1 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Upon evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity
• If a user wishes to close their own account
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance, it will be refunded subject to verification. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

To close your account, email support@ma1.click or notify us via live chat. For self-exclusion, ma 1 can restrict your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.

9 Limitation of Liability

MA 1 always strives to deliver the best service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain situations that you should be aware of:

• MA 1 is not liable for any game interruptions caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other external factors.
• Ma 1 is not directly liable for any issues arising with third-party payment services (such as bKash or Nagad).
